Story Time!

This week I also upload a story on Storybird. It can be used for creating picture books, comics, flash fictions or poetry. You may  click here to see my story  . It can be also used for language teaching practices for both reading and writing. It would be fun for especially young learners to use.

Soundcloud

Hola, amigos! This week I recorded a podcast and uploaded it on Soundcloud. It is on some common phrases of Spanish language in everyday life. The platform is very useful in the sense that it allows any type of recording for education, music, story-telling etc. So, as a teacher-to-be, I, thought on its use in language education. We can upload listening tracks or students can prepare their material etc.

Powtoon Animation

Hola!  This week I  tried to make an animation video on describing the weather conditions. After a quick search on the net, I decided on using the website Powtoon. It is free and easy to use for beginners like me. It allows you to create videos for your YouTube channel, marketing, meeting, graphics or just for fun. However, I am interested in the teaching aspect. Teachers can make use of Powtoon to explain terms, introduce grammar topic or new vocabulary, etc. Watching videos instead of boring PowerPoint slides seems fun, right?       It is. Here is a basic sample of mine. Enjoy.

Seesaw

Hello everyone! Today I created material for 3rd graders on their vocabulary skills. It is about some professions. Seesaw is a platform, in which teachers can create materials for their students, edit and share with students and other teachers.

Mein Padlet!

Here is my Padlet! Padlet is a website which allows you to create some kind of a digital wall. You can upload text, video, map, google search, drawing, link and many types of media. You are able to edit and contribute to your or others' contents easily. Teachers and learners can use this website to create materials or upload materials used in the classroom.
